Thumbelina is a dwarf miniature horse owned by Michael Goessling

of Goose Creek Farms in St. Louis. She stands less than 18 inches tall.

For the past two years this little wonder drug on four legs has been

touring hospitals like UC Davis Medical Center and working her magic

on kids.
